Background:
SEAL Solutions was established in recognition of the growing need within both the public
and private sectors for the provision of exceptional personnel and the delivery of timely
and cost effective solutions.
The company was formed on 15th October 2001 and in recognition of the need to implement
the best internal procedures and to send a message of a strong commitment to quality,
decided to begin the process of gaining AS/NZS 9001:2000 accreditation.
SEAL Solutions gained AS/NZS 9001:2000 accreditation on the 10th December 2004 and to date
has retained its accreditation. SEAL Solutions'

In November 2005 the company expanded with the opening of an Engineering, Design and
Manufacturing facility in Melbourne.

Morgwn is a professional post graduate trained project manager with a career reflecting strong leadership qualifications
and team building skills coupled with a strong background in requirements definition, large-scale acquisition and logistic management.

Debbie Prendergast - Commercial Manager
Debbie has considerable experience in the commercial management field including managing administration and financial departments.
Debbie's current responsibilities include managing the commercial operations of the company and ensuring compliance and contractual obligations are met.

Ivan Vrankovic - Operations Manager
Ivan is an experienced technical officer with broad exposure to vehicle systems, workshop and project management.
With a trades background backed up by significant professional development and exposure to the Defence Material Organisation,
he is well placed to manage the delivery of complex capability programs and logistics services.
