SEAL Solutions Remote Weapon Station (RWS) Mount:
Seal Solutions supported the rapid acquisition of the Kongsberg Remote Weapon Station (RWS)
for the ASLAV in support for the Australian Defence Forces (ADF) operation in Iraq.
This involved design engineering to integrate the RWS while meeting all the safety and
suitabililty for service (S3) requirements of the ADF.
SEAL Solutions Roll Over Protection System (ROPS):
SEAL Solutions has designed, developed and manufactured a ROPS for the Army Regional Force Surveillance Vehicle (RFSV) Land Rover 110
to Commonwealth specifications including ADR requirements. The ROPS is designed to provide crash protection for the vehicle
occupants, including the rearward facing occupant seated in the vehicle tray.
SEAL Solutions Cargo Restraint System (CRS):
SEAL Solutions has designed, developed and manufactured a CRS for the Army RFSV Land Rover 110
to Commonwealth specifications. The CRS is designed to securely stow the vehicle cargo in the event of a vehicle crash.
SEAL Solutions Personnel Restraint System (PRS):
Seal Solutions, in cooperation with Jany, has successfully modified, integrated and tested the Jany type 801 seat to Commonwealth specifications
and ADR requirements for use in the RFSV Land Rover 110.
This seat has an integrated five point harness and can be used in both rearward and forward facing applications.
SEAL Solutions Mass Reduction Program (MRP):
Seal Solutions has designed and is in the process of manufacturing various components to
reduce the overall mass of the Army RFSV Land Rover 110.
SEAL Solutions Radio Trays and Brackets:
SEAL Solutions has designed, tested and manufactured radio trays and associated brackets to integrate communication equipment, such as
EPLRS radios into land vehicles and aircraft. The trays are designed to reduce vibration transmitted to the electronic equipment whilst subjected
to the expected operating environment as advised by the customer. The trays are designed to retain the communication equipment
in 20G, 10G, 10G (X, Y and Z) crash loading conditions however the design can be altered depending on
customer crashworthiness requirements.
